One of only two similar town-houses on the Bay view resort, with large indoor and outdoor living spaces, and sleeping up to 6 people. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor, an open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen-diner on the first floor, balconies at front and rear, and a roof terrace.

Sleeping facilities comprise a master bedroom with double-bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes with drawer and hanging space.

The kitchen-diner is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave, and the dining area is furnished with table and seating for 6 people. The living area is furnished with sofa, which can be converted to a double bed, coffee table, wood-burning stove, LCD TV, and DVD player.

Outside facilities comprise furnished balconies off the master bedroom on the ground floor, and off the living area on the first floor, both overlooking the pool and with sea and mountain views. A third furnished balcony is located at the rear, off the kitchen diner. A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the roof terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds.

Part of the Bay View resort, our accommodation was newly constructed in 2009. The resort, with it's own swimming pool, nestles in a rising amphitheater on the south east coast of Crete, some 300 yards from Lagada beach. It is 5 minutes drive from the popular yet unspoiled holiday resort of Makrigialos, with it's wide choice of tavernas, bars, and amenities, and some 30 minutes drive from the towns of Ierapetra on the south coast, and Sitia on the north coast.
