Click once on your arrival date, then once again on your departure date, and then complete the form that will appear to the left.

Minimum booking period with this form is 7 days, and the maximum 28 days. Shorter or longer stays may be possible - please contact us for further information.

Confirmation of your request will be sent by e-mail to the address you provide.

Please note that we will hold your requested dates for 24 hours to allow you to confirm flights.

Payment Terms

50% of the total rental is payable with your booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you have to cancel, you may be able to reclaim this on your holiday insurance, but please check your level of cover.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required prior to your stay. It will be refunded to you once the property has been inspected by our housekeeper.

One of only two similar town-houses on the Bay view resort, with large indoor and outdoor living spaces, and sleeping up to 6 people. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor, an open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen-diner on the first floor, balconies at front and rear, and a roof terrace.

Sleeping facilities comprise a master bedroom with double-bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes with drawer and hanging space.

The kitchen-diner is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave, and the dining area is furnished with table and seating for 6 people. The living area is furnished with sofa, which can be converted to a double bed, coffee table, wood-burning stove, LCD TV, and DVD player.

Outside facilities comprise furnished balconies off the master bedroom on the ground floor, and off the living area on the first floor, both overlooking the pool and with sea and mountain views. A third furnished balcony is located at the rear, off the kitchen diner. A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the roof terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds.

The property is equipped with air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom, and features free wi-fi and hard-wired internet access. Prices range from £350 to £895 per week. Short stays of 3 days or more can be accommodated depending on season.
